Privacy Policy

Overview

This Privacy Policy describes how Showfluent ("we," "us") collects, uses, and shares information through the Showfluent platform. It applies to brokerage administrators and agents who use the Platform ("Agent Users"), and to the third parties whose information Agent Users submit to the Platform in the course of their real estate business (buyers, buyer's agents, and open house or showing guests).

Information We Collect

Account information: name, email, phone number, brokerage affiliation, and login credentials for Agent Users.

Brokerage administration data: agent rosters, branding preferences, message templates, and automation settings configured by brokerage administrators.

Client and contact information you submit: buyer names, contact details, showing history, notes, and ratings that Agent Users enter to manage their business.

Open house and showing guest information: name, phone number and/or email, and how the visitor heard about the listing, collected at guest check-in (no account required) or through showing feedback requests.

Listing data: MLS-sourced or manually entered property information associated with an Agent User's listings.

Usage and device information: log data, pages visited, and similar technical information collected automatically to operate and improve the Platform.

Communications content: the content of tours, feedback requests, seller reports, and other messages sent through the Platform, and messages exchanged with the Ask ShowFluent assistant.

How We Use Information

We use the information above to operate the Platform's core features (building tours, capturing open house and showing activity, generating seller reports, and answering questions through Ask ShowFluent); send communications an Agent User requests or configures (tour shares, feedback requests, seller reports); maintain security and prevent abuse; and improve the Platform.

AI Processing

Some features use AI to summarize or draft content (for example, feedback themes, seller report narratives, and Ask ShowFluent's answers). These features are grounded only in the relevant Agent User's own account data and, where applicable, Showfluent's published documentation — never in open web content — and are instructed not to invent facts. We do not submit Platform data to AI model providers for the purpose of training their general-purpose models. AI processing may be performed by a third-party AI infrastructure provider acting on our behalf, subject to confidentiality obligations.

Communications & Consent

Agent Users are responsible for having appropriate consent or an existing business relationship before using the Platform to text or email any buyer, buyer's agent, or other recipient, and for honoring opt-out requests. Open house and showing guests who provide contact information may receive follow-up communications from the Agent User or brokerage they interacted with; guests may opt out of further contact by replying to any message or contacting the brokerage directly.

Sharing & Disclosure

We share information with service providers who help us operate the Platform, including hosting and database infrastructure, SMS and email delivery providers, MLS or listing data providers, and AI infrastructure providers — each under obligations to protect the information and use it only to provide services to us. We also share information with the brokerage an Agent User is affiliated with, where the Platform's brokerage administration features are designed to surface information across a brokerage's own team. We may disclose information for legal or safety purposes, where required by law or necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Showfluent, our users, or the public. We do not sell personal information.

Data Retention

We retain information for as long as an account is active and as needed to provide the Platform, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Agent Users can request deletion of their account and associated data as described below.

Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information, including per-account data isolation enforced at the database level. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your Choices & Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, or to opt out of certain uses. Agent Users can update most account information directly in the Platform. To make a request regarding your personal information — including a deletion request — contact launch@callphoria.ai. We will respond consistent with applicable law.

Children's Privacy

The Platform is intended for business use by real estate professionals and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Where We Process Data

Showfluent is operated from, and Platform data is hosted in, the United States.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above.
