Acceptable Use Policy

Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") describes how the Showfluent platform may and may not be used. It applies to all Agent Users and is incorporated into our Terms & Conditions.

Permitted Use

The Platform is intended for legitimate real estate business purposes: building and sharing showing tours, capturing and following up on open house and showing activity, generating seller reports, and using the Ask ShowFluent assistant to support your work as a real estate professional or brokerage.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• send SMS, email, or other communications through the Platform to anyone without appropriate consent or an existing business relationship, or in violation of the TCPA, CAN-SPAM, CTIA guidelines, or similar laws;
• use the Platform to send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or messages unrelated to a genuine real estate showing, listing, or client relationship;
• scrape, redistribute, or use MLS-sourced listing data outside the applicable MLS's licensing terms or outside the Platform;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to another Agent User's or brokerage's account or data, or circumvent the Platform's access controls;
• reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Platform, except where applicable law permits it despite this restriction;
• upload or transmit content that is unlawful, infringing, harassing, or that impersonates another person or brokerage;
• use the Ask ShowFluent assistant or any AI feature in a way intended to abuse, overload, or extract data beyond your own account's legitimate use; or
• use the Platform in any manner that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair it, or interfere with any other party's use of the Platform.

Communications & Anti-Spam

You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to contact anyone you message through the Platform and for honoring opt-out and do-not-contact requests promptly. Repeated complaints or evidence of non-consensual messaging may result in suspension of your ability to send communications through the Platform, or termination of your account.

MLS Data Use

Listing data available through the Platform is provided for use in the ordinary course of real estate brokerage activity in compliance with the relevant MLS's rules. Use outside that scope, including bulk export or redistribution to non-Platform systems, is prohibited unless separately authorized.

Consequences of Violation

Violation of this AUP may result in a warning, suspension, or termination of your account, at Showfluent's discretion, and — where conduct is unlawful — may be reported to relevant authorities.

Reporting Abuse

If you believe another user is violating this policy, or if you received a communication through the Platform you believe was sent without proper consent, contact launch@callphoria.ai.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this AUP from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above.
